Lamb gets wordy

Law Society Gazette - Thursday 29th November 2001

Basingstoke solicitors' firm Lamb Brooks has been chosen by legal publisher and business support company IRPC to draft legal documents for customers contacting its business support helpline. Callers will be offered the option of having their requests passed to that firm, which will carry out the work on a fixed-fee basis. IRPC solicitor Peter Anderson said: 'We have noticed a marked increase in customers calling the helpline requesting legal documentation. This can range from partnership agreements, and standard terms and conditions of trading, to confidentiality agreements.' The two were brought together by First Law.
