Data collection
The First Law Accreditation Scheme requires you to register personally identifying information with us and we will use that information to provide the service.

We separate the collection of Law Firm data and In-House Lawyer data.

Law Firm data
We use Law Firm data to provide information to in-house lawyers. Only in-house lawyers registered with us are able to access this information using our search engine. A law firm can update and change its own data using its password. Law firms cannot access other law firms’ data without knowing the relevant password.

In-House Lawyer data
We use In-House Lawyer data to communicate with in-house lawyers about our services. An in-house lawyer can update and change his or her own data using his or her password. Neither law firms nor other in-house lawyers can access an in-house lawyer’s data without knowing the relevant password.

Sharing data
We do not share your data with third parties unless we have your consent except as required by law or other regulatory authority.

Changes to policy
We may change this policy at any time by posting on this web site amended terms. Such amended terms will take effect not later than 10 working days after they are posted. It is your responsibility to check this policy periodically for such amendments.
